Roles, Duties and Responsibilities

1. To consider and provide opinions or recommendations on amendments to the EXIM Thailand Act and relevant rules or regulations to achieve the Bank’s goals and mission, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors or as requested by the President.
2. To consider and provide opinions or recommendations on legal matters or significant issues related to laws, rules, or regulations affecting the Bank’s mission or operations, including other relevant areas, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors or as requested by the President.
3. To provide opinions or recommendations on litigation, disputes, or potential legal proceedings involving the Bank.
4. To perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
