Mr. Suthanai Prasertsan (row below, third right), Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), together with the executives of the Customs Department and 17 other financial institutions, co-signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on an online tax payment guarantee service called “Smart e-Guarantee.” The signing ceremony was presided over by Mr. Kittiratt Na-Ranong (row above, center), Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister at the Customs Department on February 27, 2013. EXIM Thailand joined the Customs Department’s e-guarantee system to help Thai entrepreneurs run their businesses smoothly and efficiently while saving their time and expenses on their business transactions. The Smart e-Guarantee will start officially on March 1, 2013.
