Mr. Tanusak Lek-uthai (second left), Deputy Minister of Finance, presented a plate of appreciation to Mr. Somporn Chitphentom (second right), Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), in the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG) and 18 financial institutions including EXIM Thailand on the 240-billion-baht Portfolio Guarantee Scheme (PGS), the Fifth Phase and MOU on the 10-billion-baht New/Start-up SMEs PGS at Dusit Thani Hotel, Bangkok on February 6, 2013. Such cooperation aims to provide SME entrepreneurs having potential but lacking collateral with better access to financial institutions’ funding.
