Dr. Benjarong Suwankiri, Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), joined Mr. Saad bin Abdulaziz Al Khalab, Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM Bank), for a photo session during the Roundtable Discussion: Unlocking Business Opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Held at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on February 14, 2025, the session offered valuable insights into trade and investment prospects between Thailand and Saudi Arabia, and facilitated an exchange of perspectives on strengthening bilateral economic cooperation and exploring business opportunities in the Saudi market. The discussion was attended by advisors and entrepreneurs from the Thai-Middle East Business Leadership Program of the Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University, as well as EXIM Thailand’s clients.
EXIM Thailand also organized a Business Advisory Clinic for participating entrepreneurs, providing knowledge, market opportunities, and tailored financial solutions. The Clinic featured services including export and investment financing, export credit insurance to mitigate international trade risks, and entrepreneurship development programs designed to equip Thai businesses with the capabilities needed to enter and succeed in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia. Through this initiative, EXIM Thailand reaffirms its commitment to empowering Thai entrepreneurs to access new global markets with confidence and achieve sustainable international growth.
