EXIM Thailand Holds Town Hall Meeting to Boost Employee Morale and Drive Sustainable Development Goals
Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), presided over the Bank’s first Town Hall Meeting of 2025 with EXIM Thailand executives and staff at the Bank’s Head Office on February 18, 2025. The event marked EXIM Thailand’s 31st anniversary and its transition into the 32nd year of operations, providing an opportunity to express appreciation to employees for their dedication and contributions. In 2024, EXIM Thailand achieved record performance, with total outstanding loans reaching 189,870 million baht, a year-on-year increase of 6.71%, the highest level since the Bank’s establishment. To recognize employee contributions, EXIM Thailand introduced Flexi Benefits Year 3, featuring an enhanced digital platform that enables staff to manage their benefits more conveniently and efficiently. The event also included a Long Service Awards ceremony honoring employees with 10, 20, and 30 years of service. The gathering reinforced team spirit, strengthened the Bank’s organizational DNA, and inspired employees to collectively advance EXIM Thailand’s mission toward becoming a Sustainable Development Bank.
