EXIM Thailand Enhances Thai Entrepreneurs’ Capabilities to Expand into Chinese Market through “China Wealth: Chinese Market Leadership Program, Batch 2”
Dr. Benjarong Suwankiri, Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), together with Dr. Phaichit Viboontanasarn, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Thai–Chinese Promotion of Investment and Trade Association and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arm Tungnirun, Director of the Chinese Studies Center, Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University, served as co-directors and lecturers for the topic “China’s Economic Prospects and Financial Landscapes” at Na Thong Terrace Bar & Restaurant on August 30, 2025.
The program, titled “China Wealth: Chinese Market Leadership Program, Batch 2,” was jointly organized by EXIM Thailand, the Thai-Chinese Promotion of Investment and Trade Association, the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China, and the Chinese Studies Center, Chulalongkorn University. It aimed to exchange insights on China’s economic, trade, investment, and financial outlook, as well as strategic approaches for Thai entrepreneurs to adapt, compete sustainably, and expand their businesses globally. The program focuses on developing in-depth skills and perspectives essential for doing business with China, covering areas such as strategic planning, financial management, business negotiation, Chinese business culture, and practical business model development. EXIM Thailand also provides financial advisory services and export credit insurance to protect Thai exporters of all business sizes against non-payment risks from international buyers.
