EXIM Thailand and TCG Enhance Core Business Enablers Cooperation to Drive Organizational and Social Development toward Sustainability
Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and Mr. Sittikorn Direksoonthorn, President of Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG), jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance mutual cooperation to uplift operating results in line with the Core Business Enablers between the two parties as state enterprises and financial institutions with the aligned mandate to boost competitive capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs so that they have organization management guidelines toward excellence and best practices in line with the core business enablers criteria. The signing ceremony was held at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on April 23, 2024, and witnessed by Dr. Piyabutr Cholvijarn, Chairman of Performance Agreement Sub-Committee (SubPAC) for State-owned Financial Institutions, State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO), and Ms. Khanita Chinakarn, Executive Vice President of the Institute of Research and Development for Public Enterprises (IRDP).

Under the MOU, EXIM Thailand and TCG will exchange knowledge bases and experiences for development and enhancement of organization management in core business enablers. Targets and directions will be set and action plans drawn up for joint development in the long run to generate business results and propel development of the organizations, the country and the world, taking into account environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns and sustainable development goals.
