Mr. Kanit Sukonthaman, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), announced EXIM Thailand’s operating results for 2013 at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on February 5, 2014. In 2013, the Bank registered a net profit of 1,303 million baht while the total credit outstanding reached 67,527 million baht at end-2013. At the end of last year, NPLs ratio stood at 4.36% totaling 2,942 million baht. Provisions for bad debts accounted for 4,757 million baht, representing a provision for doubtful accounts to NPLs ratio of 162%.
