EXIM Thailand Visits Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar in Yangon  and TTPMC Gas-fired Combined Cycle Power Project in Myanmar
Mrs. Warangkana Wongkhaluang, Senior Executive Vice President, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), along with EXIM Thailand’s executives, paid a visit to Mr. Mongkol Visitstump, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, and Mr. Manus Kamsorn, Minister Counsellor, Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon, Myanmar, on March 26-27, 2024. The two parties exchanged information regarding the economic situation, trade and investment as well as opportunities for Thai businesses to expand into Myanmar sustainably, with EXIM Thailand playing a pivotal role as the Green Development Bank. 
 
EXIM Thailand also visited the 121-megawatt gas-fired combined cycle power project in Yangon, Myanmar, developed by Toyo Thai Power Myanmar Co., Ltd. (TTPMC), a subsidiary of Toyo-Thai Corporation Public Company Limited (TTCL), The Bank provides loan and risk management tools to the project to support energy stability and advancement in the ASEAN region.
