EXIM Thailand Signs MOUs to Strengthen THPSA and TESA in Promoting Practical Shooting and Extreme Sports, Advocating for Holistic Health, Employment and Professionalism Across Related Industries
Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, presided over the signing ceremony of the Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) marking strategic partnerships for the '1 Sports 1 State Enterprise Plus' initiative, involving 87 sports associations, 16 state enterprises, and 22 private entities, at the Government House on March 29, 2024. During this event, Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), signed MOUs with General Permsak Puangsaroj, President of Thailand Practical Shooting Association (THPSA), and Mr. Picharn Prayoonrattana, Vice President of Thailand Extreme Sports Association (TESA), to systematically nurture sports development, foster public wellness, promote employment opportunities and support the professionalization of athletes, coaches, referees, and other relevant professionals. Additionally, they aim to enhance the reputation of Thailand's sports professionalism and relevant industries, contributing to soft power for global recognition in line with Thai government policies. These initiatives are beneficial to the Thai public and the nation in diverse dimensions.
