Mr. Kematat Saicheur (third right), Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), served as a speaker in the panel discussion on the solutions and measures of Thai government and Ministry of Commerce (MOC) in the brainstorming meeting held by MOC for SME export promotion at MOC, on May 16, 2013. He was welcomed by Miss Pongpun Gearaviriyapun (third left), Commercial Advisor, acting Director General of the Trade Policy and Strategy Office, Ministry of Commerce. Other speakers include representatives from MOC, Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion, Thailand Futures Exchange Public Company Limited and University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
