Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Former Deputy Prime Minister, delivered a special speech titled “Taking the Pulse of Thailand,” to participants in the Thammasat Economics Association (TEA) Annual Forum 2024 themed “Navigating Year of Big Snake: Building a Sustainable Thailand” hosted by the TEA. The seminar, which explored the Thai economic outlook amidst global economic disruptions in the New Normal era as well as addressing ways to cope with geopolitical challenges and the transition to an aging society, was attended by Mrs. Warangkana Wongkhaluang, Senior Executive Vice President, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and executives from public and private agencies at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel on February 1, 2024.
