EXIM Thailand and DIP Co-host CSR Training Program in Chiang Mai to Prepare Thai SMEs for AEC
Mr. Kanit Sukonthaman (third right), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) and Mr. Manop Chivatanasoontorn (second right), Director, Bureau of Industrial Management Development, Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP), Ministry of Industry, welcomed Mr. Ritthipong Techapan (third left), Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai Province, and Mr. Somsak Wongpanyathaworn (far left), Director, Bank of Thailand (BOT), Northern Region Office, at the seminar “International Trade Risk Management for SMEs in Preparation for the Establishment of AEC” co-organized by EXIM Thailand and DIP. Held at BOT Northern Region Office on September 16, 2013, the seminar was part of EXIM Thailand’s corporate social responsibility activities in response to the government’ policy to promote better understanding of Thai SME exporters on risks associated with international trade and risk management.
