EXIM Thailand Welcomes Department of Foreign Trade on Study Visit of Preparation for Compliance with Personal Data Protection Act
     Mrs. Wanpen Unchundacha (right), Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), welcomed executives and officers from Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, on a visit led by Mr. Chutinon Siriyaranda (left), Deputy Director-General of Department of Foreign Trade, at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on March 18, 2021, to study the preparation and practice guidelines of EXIM Thailand as an organization recognized for having ‘Best Practice’ in preparedness for the enforcement of Personal Data Protection Act, 2019 (PDPA) at the PDPA Awards event. This has been in line with EXIM Thailand’s policy to be committed to operating its business with good governance and social responsibility within the legal and regulatory framework alongside respect for human rights and observance of market conduct, taking into account the security of clients, trade partners, cooperation alliances, and all other stakeholders.
