EXIM Thailand Joins Hands with Public and Private Alliances  in Online Business Matching between Thai SME Exporters and Importers  in CLMV and Other ASEAN Countries
Mr. Supant Mongkolsuthree (center), Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries and Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), Mr. Tanaratt  Ngamvalairatt (third left), Senior Executive Vice President, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Dr. Chutima Eamchotchawalit (second right), Governor of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), and executives from affiliated network partners from the public and private sectors, namely, the Federation of Thai Industries (F.T.I.), Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) of Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Department of Medical Sciences (DMSc) of Ministry of Public Health, and Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), joined the opening ceremony of online business matching linking Thai SME exporters in the agricultural sector throughout the business chain from upstream and midstream to downstream businesses to start up or expand export to CLMV (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam) and elsewhere in ASEAN under the “Global Business Matching 2020: Open the World of Trade, Match Business, Penetrate Export Markets” program co-organized by EXIM Thailand, BAAC, TISTR and affiliated network partners from the public and private sectors at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel on August 7, 2020. The program aims to promote the creation of jobs and valued-added agricultural products of Thailand, driving the export growth and national development of Thailand and ASEAN.
