EXIM Thailand Appoints New Executive Vice Presidents

EXIM Thailand has announced the appointment of two top executives. Ms. Khemjariya Teerapong has been appointed Executive Vice President overseeing the Operations function line, effective December 18, 2025, while Dr. Mena Phattaranawig has been appointed Executive Vice President overseeing the Insurance function line, effective December 19, 2025.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) appointed Ms. Khemjariya Teerapong as Executive Vice President in charge of the Operations function line, with oversight of banking business operations, credit analysis, legal affairs, the Bank’s operational processes and debt management effective from December 18, 2025, onward. In addition, Dr. Mena Phattaranawig was appointed Executive Vice President in charge of the Insurance function line, with responsibilities covering service development, marketing channels, and processes related to export credit insurance and investment insurance, effective from December 19, 2025, onward. Her role also includes analyzing data on exporters, buyers, and overseas buyers to determine insured amounts, premium rates, buyer and buyer bank limits, payment terms, and insurance conditions in alignment with risk management; as well as overseeing the establishment and operations of EXIM Thailand’s overseas representative offices.
Ms. Khemjariya holds both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Ramkhamhaeng University and is also a Thai Barrister-at-Law. She joined EXIM Thailand in 2012 and previously served as Vice President, First Vice President and Senior Vice President of EXIM Thailand’s Compliance Department in 2015, 2018 and 2024, respectively.
Dr. Mena earned a Ph.D. in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, receiving the Outstanding Academic Performance Award and a dissertation graded ‘Very Good,’ and completed both her master’s degree and bachelor’s degree (Second Class Honors) at Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University. She joined EXIM Thailand in 2017 as Assistant Vice President of the Bank’s Accounting Department, before being promoted to Vice President, First Vice President and Senior Vice President of the Accounting Department in 2020, 2022 and 2024, respectively.
