Minimum interest rate
- US Dollar : LIBOR+3.50% per annum
- Thai Baht: Prime Rate per annum
Front-end fee : 1.00%

Remark : As at August 31, 2019 : Prime Rate = 6.125% per annum

Long-term loan depending on consideration of the bank

Required on case by case basis

Juristic person registered in Thailand or foreign countries
Qualifying for franchise ownership or chain guidelines specified by franchisor or chain management company
Having good financial standing

Term loan with tenor not exceeding the term of franchise agreement/ chain service agreement
