EXIM Thailand Communicates 2022 Policy to Employees Seeking to Empower Them to Reboot, Restructure, Rebalance and Resynergize for Thailand’s Economic Development
Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently communicated EXIM Thailand’s business operation policy for 2022 to executives and staff members at a hybrid Town Hall meeting held under the theme: “Strive for Excellence” and thanked employees at all levels for their concerted cooperation that contributed to the Bank’s success in operational performance and earned the Bank several prestigious awards in 2021 at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office as the onsite meeting joined by top executives and departmental heads in conjunction with the online meeting which allowed all employees from the Head Office, branches and overseas representative offices to join. For 2022, EXIM Thailand would still give priority to building the organization as an empathic workplace that develops and cares for all personnel considering them as the most valuable resource with mutual commitment to carry out the mission to “reboot, restructure, rebalance and resynergize” development of Thai entrepreneurs and industries as well as ecosystem conducive to Thai export and economic recovery. The Bank aims for the organization to achieve its outstanding loan target of 165,000 million baht in 2022 and making it ‘a livable home’ for good and talented personnel toward sustainable development of not only the organization but also the country and the world in economic, social and environmental dimensions.
