Dr. Virabongsa Ramangkura, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), delivered a keynote address at the opening of a seminar titled “Russia: Look before You Leap” co-organized by EXIM Thailand and the Russian Studies Programme, Thammasat University’s Faculty of Liberal Arts, on July 25, 2006 at the Emerald Hotel. The forum participated by guest speakers from both public and private sectors provided exporters and interested people with knowledge and insights on Russian economic structure and conditions, consumer behavior and regulations on business operations in Russia.
