Dr. Apichai Boontherawara (left), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently visited Mr. Chansy Phosikham (right), Minister of Finance of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), to discuss on the structure of Asian Bonds to fund hydropower dam and electricity projects in Lao PDR while promoting Thailand’s role in the Asian capital market development.
