Dr. Apichai Boontherawara (right), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) and Mr. Panich Pongpirodom (left), Director General of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy, recently signed agreements to establish the Revolving Fund for Energy Conservation by Financial Institutions Phase 3 and Revolving Fund for Alternative Energy Development by Financial Institutions Phase 1 at the Ministry of Energy.
