Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), held the quarter 3/2022 Town Hall meeting at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on October 27, 2022 to communicate to employees the Bank’s new stance and role that is “beyond banking.” Under the new stance and role, EXIM Thailand gives importance to “people” starting from taking care of personnel and entrepreneurs of all business sizes including small enterprises to people in the society aiming to drive sustainable development. The meeting also reflected on the Bank’s personnel management policy for morale enhancement and potential development of personnel organization-wide so that its personnel would “dare” to take proactive role to “develop” the organization, the country and the world at large.
