Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently held the first Town Hall meeting 2023 to communicate to employees the Bank’s operational performance in 2022 at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office. EXIM Thailand recorded total outstanding loans of over 168,000 million baht, a year-on-year growth of 10%, which was twice higher than the industry average and the highest since its establishment, resulting in an expected profit of more than 1,500 million baht for the second straight year. This could be seen as a miracle jointly brought by all employees. To demonstrate the Bank’s appreciation for the dedication of the staff at all levels, the Bank has rewarded them with thank-you gift packages comprising a gratuity as a New Year gift, Flexi Benefits program which can be self-managed by the staff, and HR Transformation program including salary and fringe benefit restructuring to ensure comprehensive and maximum efficiency in the Bank’s HR management.
