EXIM Thailand has announced the appointments of Mr. Parinya Ngamwattana and Mr. Rachatapong Suksanguan as Executive Vice Presidents; Mr. Nuttasit Thienprasiddhi as Head of Corporate Strategy Department and Acting Head of Business Development Department; Ms. Apinya Phakpayat as Head of SME-Credit Appraisal Department; and Mrs. Kwanchanok Inseesungworn as Head of Corporate Business Department 1, effective from July 7, 2026.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Mr. Parinya Ngamwattana as Executive Vice President overseeing Corporate Finance 2 function line, responsible for supporting entrepreneurs’ exports and investments both domestically and internationally by providing comprehensive services, as well as building networks and developing expertise in target industries in alignment with EXIM Thailand’s policies; Mr. Rachatapong Suksanguan as Executive Vice President overseeing SMEs function line, responsible for supporting and promoting large enterprises, leading business groups, and small and medium-sized enterprises with export potential in designated service areas, fostering relationships with external organizations involved in SME exporter development, providing advisory services on export operations and the Bank's products and services, and supporting Thai entrepreneurs in strengthening their capabilities and achieving internationally recognized standards; Mr. Nuttasit Thienprasiddhi as Head of Corporate Strategy Department, responsible for strategic and operational planning, analyzing and preparing performance data, as well as adjusting and reviewing strategies to ensure alignment with evolving directions and operating environments, and concurrently as Acting Head of Business Development Department, responsible for stakeholder relationship management and fostering business collaboration with strategic partners; Ms. Apinya Phakpayat as Head of SME-Credit Appraisal Department, responsible for customer credit assessment, systematic collection and management of credit assessment-related information, as well as debt restructuring and modifications to debt restructuring terms to support customers in maintaining sustainable business operations while mitigating the Bank’s risks; and Mrs. Kwanchanok Inseesungworn as Head of Corporate Business Department 1, responsible for supporting entrepreneurs’ exports and investments both domestically and internationally by providing comprehensive services, as well as building networks and developing expertise in target industries in alignment with EXIM Thailand’s policies. The appointments are effective from July 7, 2026 onward.
Mr. Parinya holds a Master’s degree in Business and Managerial Economics from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 2005 and previously served as First Vice President of Corporate Business Department 5, Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Department 4, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Department 1.
Mr. Rachatapong holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 2023 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy Department. Prior to joining EXIM Thailand, he served as Senior Vice President of Eastern Economic Corridor Segment Team at Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, as well as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Research and Development Group at Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited.
Mr. Nuttasit holds a Master’s degree in Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, United States. He joined EXIM Thailand in 2019 and previously served as Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy Department.
Ms. Apinya holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Business Economics) from Kasetsart University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. She joined EXIM Thailand in 2023 and previously served as Assistant Vice President of Sustainability Development Department, Assistant Vice President of Branch Administration Department, and Assistant Vice President of SME-Credit Appraisal Department.
Mrs. Kwanchanok holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Business Administration, National Institute of Development Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University. She joined EXIM Thailand in 2015 and previously served as Senior Manager of Corporate Business Division 4.2, Senior Manager of Corporate Business Division 1.2, and Assistant Vice President of Corporate Business Department 1.
